I understand that the submission of this form does not require me to purchase, but is intended to provide information necessary to start a conversation about designing my special piece.
I understand that, once an agreed upon design has been established, I will receive a pricing and production time/delivery estimate. Production of my custom piece will not begin until I have paid for both the piece and shipping and handling, in full. Accepted payment methods: Venmo, PayPal, or credit card number communicated via telephone (for your security.)
I understand that all custom orders are first come, first served. Designer will provide an estimated delivery date, based on existing workload. Should the piece not be delivered by the estimated delivery date, or a mutually agreed upon alternative date, my payment will be fully refunded to me.
I understand that I am responsible for accurately communicating sizing, upon ordering.
I understand that custom orders are not refundable.
I agree to have a photo of my final piece used for promotion on Hart Strings ‘n Lace social media and/or website platform. My identity will remain confidential.
I agree to tag @hartstringsart in any social media posts that include a photo specifically identifying my custom piece, or to reference “hartstringsart.com” as the designer.
